How do I book a flight?

Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and preferred package. We confirm slots based on weather and pilot availability—same-day bookings are sometimes possible in season.
What if the weather cancels my flight?

We only fly in safe conditions. If your slot is cancelled due to weather, you get a full refund or can reschedule—see our Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I get from Bir to the Billing takeoff?

The takeoff is about 15 minutes uphill from Bir by road. Transport from Flashpackers to the Billing takeoff is always included when you book your flight with us—we’ll share pickup time when you confirm.
Is paragliding included in my hostel stay?

What is the best season for paragliding in Bir?

Bir Billing is flyable for much of the year. Peak tandem season is typically October–June when weather is most reliable; monsoon (roughly July–September) has more wind and rain so tandem days are fewer. We only fly when conditions are safe.
Is tandem paragliding in Bir safe for first-timers?

Tandem flights use a certified pilot controlling the wing—you are harnessed in front. We use modern tandem equipment, pre-flight briefings, and no-pressure cancellation if weather is marginal. Thousands of beginners fly Bir Billing every season.
What is the weight or age limit for paragliding?

Tandem flying has safe weight bands that depend on wind and equipment (we confirm when you book). Children and older guests are welcome when medically fit and within safe limits—tell us age and weight on WhatsApp so we can match the right pilot and wing.
PILOT'S SAFETY MANIFESTO
Rule #1: We do not fly if the wind is wrong. Even if you offer us double the money. Nature commands respect.
Rule #2: All our equipment is imported from Europe (ozone/niviuk) and inspected weekly. No "Jugaad" here.
Rule #3: Your reserve parachute is repacked every 6 months. You will likely never use it, but it's there.
